1. Who we are

EZ2FLIP (ez2flip.com) is operated by Leonardo Felipe Ferreira Vertolino, a sole trader established in Brazil, reachable at support@ez2flip.com.

The operator's full tax identification appears on the billing documents issued to subscribers and can be requested at any time via the email above.

By accessing or using EZ2FLIP you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

2. What the service does

EZ2FLIP provides image conversion tools (JPG, PNG, WebP and SVG), image vectorization, custom QR code generation and batch watermarking.

3. Acceptable use

You may use EZ2FLIP for personal or commercial purposes, with no account required. By using the service you confirm that:

• you own the rights to the files you process, or are authorised to use them;
• you will not use the service for unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others;
• you will not attempt to disrupt, overload or compromise the site.

Because we never receive your files, you remain solely responsible for the content you process.

4. Free tools and the Pro plan

The image converter and QR code generator are, and will remain, free.

EZ2FLIP may offer an optional paid plan called Pro, priced at USD 2.99 per month, which removes ads and unlocks additional features. If you subscribe:

• billing is monthly and recurring, renewing automatically until you cancel;
• payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive your card details;
• you may cancel at any time through the subscription portal, with no penalty. Access remains active until the end of the period already paid for;
• an invoice is emailed to you on each renewal.

5. Refunds

If you are dissatisfied, contact support@ez2flip.com within 7 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. Consumers in jurisdictions granting a longer statutory withdrawal period keep that right in full.

6. Availability and warranties

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and functional, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that any given conversion will fit a particular purpose.

Features that rely on approximation — notably raster-to-SVG vectorization — produce results that vary with the source image. This is inherent to the technique and is not a defect.

Since we never store your files, there is no backup: always keep copies of your originals.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EZ2FLIP shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or any harm arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer law.

8. Intellectual property

The EZ2FLIP name, layout, code and other elements belong to its operator. The files you process remain entirely yours — we claim no rights over them.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated at any time; the revision date appears at the top of this page. Material changes to the paid plan will be emailed to subscribers before taking effect.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where the operator is established. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
