1. Data controller

Leonardo Felipe Ferreira Vertolino, a sole trader established in Brazil, is the controller of personal data processed on ez2flip.com.

2. What we do NOT collect

• Your images and files — they stay on your device;
• Accounts — no sign-up, login or password is needed to use the free tools;
• Card details — they never touch our servers;
• First-party tracking cookies — the site currently sets no cookies of its own.

3. What is actually processed

Server access logs

Our host (Hostinger) automatically records IP address, date, time, browser and requested page. This is standard web server operation, needed for security and delivery. Legal basis: legitimate interest and legal obligation.

Local storage

We store a simple flag in your own browser indicating whether you hold a Pro plan. It stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and can be removed at any time by clearing the site data.

Google Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google receives your IP address as part of that request. Legal basis: legitimate interest in presenting the site.

unpkg (CDN)

The library that renders QR codes is loaded from the unpkg.com CDN, which likewise receives your IP address for that request.

Stripe — only if you subscribe to Pro

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, which collects and processes the data required for billing (name, email, billing address, card details and, where applicable, tax ID). From Stripe we receive only a customer identifier and the subscription status — never your card details. Stripe acts as an independent controller of that data; see stripe.com/privacy. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

Google AdSense — once ads are enabled

There are currently no ads running. If ads are introduced, Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You will be able to opt out of personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings. This policy will be updated before any such activation.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Sharing is limited to the processors named above (Hostinger, Stripe, Google), strictly for the purposes described, and to compliance with a valid legal order.

5. International transfers

The providers named above may process data outside Brazil. Each offers contractual clauses and safeguards consistent with applicable data protection requirements.

6. Retention

Access logs are retained for 6 months, as required by Brazilian internet law. Subscription and billing records are retained by Stripe and by us for the periods required by tax and civil law.

7. Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD — and, where they apply to you, the GDPR and similar laws — you may request:

• confirmation that processing takes place, and access to your data;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or non-compliant data;
• data portability;
• deletion of data processed on the basis of consent;
• information about with whom your data has been shared;
• withdrawal of consent.

8. Security

The site is served exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The architecture of EZ2FLIP is itself the main security measure: what is never uploaded cannot leak.

9. Children

EZ2FLIP is not directed at people under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated; the revision date is shown at the top. Significant changes — such as enabling advertising — will be reflected here before they take effect.
